This project assists individuals to create a sustainable income, teaching business and agricultural skills and supporting the creation of small business enterprises.

Our projects work with the most vulnerable in society and are focused on improving the standard of living within
the community and protecting human rights. We currently have 3 main program areas:
V I R is an independent NGO working with the poorest families in the Siem Reap province of Cambodia. VIR conducts projects to improve literacy and public health and protect human rights. With this assistance, vulnerable people can break the poverty cycle, address social and economic issues affecting them, and express their own ideas through participatory decision-making.
